Associate Facilitator Program

DCOLearning, a learning business unit under DCOptima Consulting Services, is opening the opportunity for Indonesian project management practitioners and professionals to become one of DCOLearning Associate Facilitators.

Through this program, selected associate facilitators will work with DCOLearning team as freelance facilitators to deliver the training in one of DCOLearning public training programs.

DCOLearning is looking forward to engage and to work together with seasoned project management professionals who have extensive project experiences, excellent facilitating skills, and high passion in sharing their knowledge and experience in project management.

Requirements:

Project Management Professional (PMP) is preferred

More than 5 years of experience working as a project manager in any sectors and businesses

Mastered at least one or more project-management-related-subjects

Good ability to develop training module and materials.

Good ability in delivering a training program.

The commitment in delivering the training program in agreed term & condition

We are looking forward to proposal of training subjects and materials coming from various project management industries and backgrounds both technical and non-technical such as:

Project management in mining, oil & gas, IT, telecommunication, NGO, etc.

Soft skill subjects: project leadership, PM techniques, project communication, PM

capacity building, etc.

PDU units are applicable for PMP
