Training and Development Manager

Responsibilities:

Manage training and development program in Country that support business and organization effectiveness and competitiveness

Requirements:

Minimum Bachelor Degree from reputable university, minimum GPA of 3 in a scale of 4
Experience in developing learning module/ curriculum
Knowledge of full cycle of HR Development (TNA, Training matrix, training evaluation, ROI, etc.)
Good facilitating and teaching skill
Having relevant and very good knowledge, skill and experiences
Strong managerial and leadership, facilitation skill, people, skill, analytical and strategic thinking
At least 2 to 3 years experience in the same position
Having both process and result orientation, driving individual and team high performance
Having experience working in Multi National Company
High achievement orientation, responsible and able to work under minimum supervision
