Asst. Manager - Training & Development (Technical and Managerial Training)
Purwakarta (Jawa Barat)
Responsibilities:
To manage and control overall job and activities in Training Department
To ensure that employees are able to operate machineries, follow SOP, implement safety, and monitor the continuous improvement
Requirements:
S1 majoring in Management or Technical engineering graduated from reputed institute with min 5 years of experiences
Age 30 - 40 years
Having sound knowledge of :
Human resources management processes, Training Need Analysis, arrange and conduct training program, training evaluation, annual training budget, expense, and operating cost
Sound analytical thinking, good communication skill, and having high Achievement Motivation
Able to demonstrate an effective Team Leadership
Proficient in English both spoken and written
Computer literacy, Ms. Office and Open Office
