Local Academy Manager

Sewells Group is continuing its expansion, and is currently looking to employ professionals in Indonesia, who will operate in a client environment, responsible for training and development; business management services; dealer process improvements and dealer performance management.

Local Academy Manager - Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities:
Lead the network performance function in the market, by effectively developing strategy and operational processes with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) management and Dealer representatives.
Support the business management function in a market, and use financial data to make recommendations on process and competence improvement needs.
Oversee and manage execution of the training, assessment and development services within Indonesia for Dealer and company employees
Devise and schedule Marketing, Sales, and Service (MSS) training programs for both Dealer and company employees
Conduct annual and periodic needs analysis; analyse results and propose solutions
Oversee the development and implementation of a contemporary curriculum of people development interventions, ensuring the support and reinforcement of the integrated Academy model
Responsible for the implementation and development of Sales, Parts, Service, Customer Satisfaction and Leadership curriculum’s for the dealerships
Ensure that appropriate resources are recruited to develop, administer and deliver all training programs
Manage and motivate training staff members and resources within a quality control and performance management framework
Oversee the staffing requirements for local Academy
Develop an appropriate nomination and measurement system for progression of Dealer and company employees through certification processes.
Support the development and deployment of curriculums for the company’s staff
Scope and deliver on other development projects as they are briefed from time-to-time
Advise on the requirements for curriculum required for the company’s staff
Actively drive the alignment of all Regional development initiatives through the Academy in the local market
Support dealer process installation activities


Requirements:
University Graduate, preferably with Master’s Degree
At least five (5) years relevant work experience in Training and Development, preferably from an automotive manufacturer or an automotive dealership
An understanding of Dealer Financial statements
Excellent communication skills, preferably in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
Excellent leadership ability, a team player
Able to work well with minimum supervision and direction
Able to work successfully with Dealers and Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Management
Willing to travel when required
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; Internet savvy
