The ILO is calling for expressions of interest in a short term consultancy to:
· Produce a short guide and template that can be applied to quality check a range of designs and methods for addressing impact measurement in programmatic contexts;
· Draft a short explanatory note introducing the template and elaborating how it can be applied as a self assessment tool.
The assignment is to take place during late November or December, 2011 with an estimated level of effort of 10 work days. The work will be managed directly by EVAL. Additional information is contained in the attached document
