SIPS, a Canadian-supported development assistance project working in the area of good local governance and improved, transparent public services in ten local governments in Sulawesi, is seeking professional short-term consulting expertise in the following fields:
• Institutional/organizational capacity assessment
• Training needs assessment
• Strategic planning and change management
Minimum Qualifications:
1. Relevant Post-Secondary Degree
2. Minimum five (5) years’ applied experience in field of expertise, including minimum of one (1) year working with an international agency
3. Minimum two (2) years’ experience working with local government engagement in Indonesia
4. Ability to communicate effectively in English both orally and in writing
5. Willingness to travel to project areas in Sulawesi
