The goal of the Global Education Challenge Fund is to produce a transformative and sustainable impact to girls’ education in DFID priority countries. DFID expect to see improvements in levels of access, retention and achievement for girls and more diverse and innovative market for education service provision.
We are looking for a Team Leader closely aligned with the following criteria:
• Designed and managed evaluations (preferably with DFID), including:
o Impact evaluations;
o M&E using quantitative and qualitative methods;
o Designed and implemented longitudinal studies
• Experience with major non-government donor interventions
• Experience and willingness to work in conflict affected states
• QA experience
• Social research management
• Worked on educational programmes including testing of educational outcomes
• Conducted outreach and capacity building with CSOs
• Disseminated findings using different mediums
