Branch Manager - Semarang

Semarang (Jawa Tengah)

Responsibilities:

Should be a graduate.

Able to handling branch operation client coordination

Responsible for business development

Should have in depth knowledge & exposure in developing sea / air / land fright business knowledge of custom clearance activities

Develop, implement and manage bussiness plan to maximize sales

To expand customer base as well as to serve exiting clints

To achieve or exceed sales and profit targets set

Monitor and report on sales activities by weekly and monthly

Co-ordinating and liaising with customers, head quarter.

Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

At least 5 years relevant working experience

Required language(s): mandarin, English and Indonesia

Resourceful with networking skills.

Pleasant and dynamic personality with great enthusiasm for sales.

Self motivated and result oriented with strong desire to succeed and ability to work independently.

Computer literate and good communication skill

Priority will be given to those with experience in the public, construction or agricultural sector

Basic salary, food and transport allowance, commission, and annual allowance.

Opportunity for promotion to higher level of management.
