Responsibilities:

Main responsibilities as required by the job:

To implement Zurich Academy into local country.

Delivering learning solution that directly contribute to execution of business strategy

Creating a local learning strategy where local needs are incorporated into the global programs

As local person in charge to ensure talent management program is successfully implemented in Indonesia.

Requirements:

Bachelor degree, any educational background.

Minimum 5 years experience at the same position

Profound knowledge in technical as well as in non-technical learning solutions.

Knowledge of employee Learning and Development methodologies.

Knowledge and understanding of marketplace experience, developments and trends related to the employee Learning & Development function.

Ability to establish and build healthy working relations and partnership with clients, vendors and peers.

Proactive, solution-oriented and resourceful with the ability to multi-task and work under tight schedules

Strong people management, problem solving and interpersonal skills

Good communication skills in English, both written and oral.
