Job Description:
General
• Take on a variety of different positions within a business, all of which involve the planning, directing, coordinating, monitoring and controlling of operations within a company.
• Responsible for developing policies and managing the daily operations of the business.
• Responsible for planning for the most efficient use of materials and human resources.
• Writing reports for senior management and delivering presentations.
• Departments of Responsibilities: Marketing & PR, Sales, Finance & Accounting, Operations, Human Resource and Administrative.
Marketing & PR
• Build, maintain and grow the company brand awareness using varieties of marketing strategies.
Sales
• To achieve Sales Target.
• Responding to customer enquiries and customer service.
Finance & Accounting
• Accountable for the accuracy of financial reporting for the business.
• Recording office expenditure and managing the budget.
Operations
• Cover all aspects of business operation.
Human Resource
• Overseeing the recruitment of new staff, including training and induction.
• Ensuring adequate staff levels to cover for absences and peaks in workload.
• Carrying out staff appraisals, managing performance and disciplining staff.
• Delegating work to staff and managing their workload and output.
• Promoting staff development and training.
Administrative
• Ensure the office runs efficiently.
• Carries out a range of administrative and IT- related tasks.
• Developing and implementing new administrative systems, such as record management and filing systems.
• Organizing the office layout and maintaining supplies of stationery and equipment.
• Maintaining the condition of the office and arranging for necessary repairs.
• Organize and supervise all of the administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of the business.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Degree: S1 (Bachelor's)
• Major: Marketing, Management, and/or Business Administration. Fashion related major is a plus such as Fashion Marketing and Merchandising.
• Skills: Excellent written and oral skill in English. Mandarin and Cantonese are pluses. Proficient in Outlook, Excel, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and basic office software
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in marketing/management/business, ideally in fashion or luxury goods industry.
• Good understanding of current marketing trends and multimedia platforms
• To be given list of books to read outside working hours as part of performance training
Must be highly organized and detailed oriented. Positive attitude, hard working, driven, disciplined and self motivated to meet deadlines.
Monthly Salary: IDR 4,500,000 -- IDR 10,000,000 (based on experience)
