Project Coordinator (RFPC)
Requirements
Ø Project based contract for 7 months
Ø Graduated from Accounting (S1)
Ø Computer literate, strong excel, word and power point
Ø Strong administrative, organizational, and filing skills required
Ø Must be able to independently manage the organization general admin
Ø Possess a friendly, energized, dedicated and outgoing personality
Ø Requires high levels of interaction with all colleagues/ team work
Ø Eager to learn and discipline
Ø Prioritization skills necessary to meet deadlines
Ø Required language(s): English is a must

Ø Work location: Padang and Padang Pariaman
Ø Have own a motorcycle is a plus
Responsibilities:
1. RFPC should familiarize and understand him/her self with details and the business process of the Project to include interaction between Institution, MICRA, related Government entities, MFI/LKM partners and the ultimate beneficiaries.
2. RFPC should familiarize and understand him/her self with all related agreements on Project to include agreements between MICRA and MFI/LKM partners, as well as, MFI/LKM and the ultimate beneficiaries.
3. RFPC should familiarize him/her self with standard forms which are used by parties involved in implementing this Project.
4. Set up, maintain and up dating all files of the respective MFI/LKM involve in the Projects (to incl. copy of agreements, original or copy receipts on funds or other transactions and reports).
5. Records of all beneficiaries receiving government funds and participating in the project. Make copies and files all documents to include MICRA approval for beneficiaries to participate in the project.
6. Send MICRA instructions to the respective MFI partner for overbooking of fund from MICRA accounts in favor of the approved listed beneficiaries. Files all copy of the instructions.
7. Separate records and files to be made available for beneficiaries receiving loans from MFI and for beneficiaries not receiving loans.
8. Files all copy of approval letters from MFI to beneficiaries for utilization of the project funds.
9. Prepares for Desk Reviews every three (3) months on performance of MFIs.
10. Collects necessary information and data from MFI partners and makes interim performance analysis, progress of the project and make conclusion and recommendation.
11. Received reports on construction progress from beneficiaries to be forwarded to Client or appointed consultant for approval or disapproval to pay the next (last) incentive. Files all copy documents.
12. Prepares instruction letters based on Client or appointed consultant approval to MFI partners to transfer incentive funds to approved beneficiaries.
