The Indonesia Business Council for Sustainable Development (IBCSD), a national development organization, is seeking energetic individuals with solid analytical skills and administrative experience to provide high quality assistance in a multi-cultural, multi-lingual business innovation and transformation. We are seeking qualified candidates for Project Officer post.
Responsibility :
The project officer will develop, plan, oversee, monitor and evaluate IBCSD project activities, including to provide analytical assessment where required.
Specific Qualification :
1. A post graduate qualification in the field of international development and the social sciences or related subject is essential;
2. Minimum university degree in Management or Public Administration or Social Science or other relevant field and Postgraduate degree in Economics, Management will be an advantage
3. Minimum 4 (four) years of relevant working experience in technical role, research and technical skills in the relevant area and ability to acquire them.
4. Proven skills in problem solving in a complex organizational environment
5. Ability to develop, implement, monitor and work planning.
6. Ability to plan and organize tasks and work flows, with proven ability for accuracy under pressure
7. Ability to working relationships with stakeholders.
8. Competency in computer skills with adequate collaborative work practices.
General Qualification:
- Minimum of S-1 Degree
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesia
- Maximum of 40 years old
- Minimum of 3 years working experience
- Computer literacy and proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office tools
- Ability to multi-task, work long and irregular hours
- Ablity to function effectively, independently and as part of a team
- A willingness to travel frequently on short notice.
