Procurement Specialists (Indonesian nationals only)

Cardno Emerging Markets USA, Ltd. (Cardno) invites applications for positions as Procurement Specialist on an upcoming international donor funded project in Indonesia. The expected duration of the project is for a period of five years. Duties and Responsibilities: The Procurement Specialist will execute day-to-day procurement and contract administration activities of the Project as per the set procedures, manual, template and guidelines. The Specialist will assist senior members of the team in implementing tasks related to procurement of large value goods, works and services.

Qualifications and Experience Required:

· Minimum 5 years of experience working as a procurement professional

· Bachelor’s degree in procurement, business, law, economics, public administration, or related field

· Good understanding of procurement processes, procedures and best practices

· Experience with procurement guidelines and procedures of international development institutions

· Proactive and quick learner, and demonstrated ability to work in a team

· Strong communication skills

· Fluent in Bahasa and English– reading, writing and speaking

· Strong computer skills – Microsoft Office – Outlook, Excel, Word, Project and PowerPoint
