Trainers & Facilitators

Responsibilities:

Conduct Trainings for corporate clients in the areas of Sales, Management, Leadership, Self-Improvement and Team Development

Facilitate Workshops and Team Building events

Create generic training programs

Discuss training requirements with prospects and clients

Customize existing training modules according to client’s needs

Requirements:

Open minded and friendly personality

A positive attitude

At least 5 years corporate background in various management positions

At least 3 years experience as Trainer or Facilitator

Good English speaking skills

Demonstrated ability to organize and conduct trainings for companies

Excellent communication skills

Experienced in developing generic training programs

Ability to consult the client and customize existing training modules according to client’s needs
