Due to our rapid growth in life insurance industry, we seek qualified individual to join our company. Currently we are open for the following position:

Training & Development
Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities:

Design training solutions for the business including deliver of in-house solutions. Effective selection and coordination of all other training solutions where external providers have been appointed
Design and deliver sales (product, process and skills) trainiing to in-house Sales and Distribution channels
Deliver sales (product) training to DBS Insurance Specialists and Relationship Managers
Design supporting sales development tools
Manages allocation of Learning & Development resources to address initiatives across business
Ensure that statutory training requirements are met

Requirements:

Bachelor Degree
Advance Certificate in Training & Assessment
Insurance / Financial Planning Prefessional Degree
About 5 - 6 years relevant experience
Sales learning practice experience
Financial Services Sales experience

Skill & Knowledge :

Excellent knowledge of learning & development
Good interpersonal skills
Good strategic thinking, planning and execution of plan
Demonstrated practical applications of succesful adult learning practices and techniques, as well as employee assessment tools, practices and techniques
Ability to provide holistic solutions that take into account sales and service perspectives
