Vacancies at Tetra Tech ARD

Tetra Tech ARD is currently accepting applications for the USAID Indonesia Forestry and Climate Support Project (USAID IFACS), seeks exceptional individuals for our project, which continues to Sep 2014. As follows:

Regional Manager, Sarmi, North Papua

Responsible for the overall implementation of IFACS activities in Landscapes. Supervise a technical team and ensure that the team implements work plan by coordination of its activities with stakeholders and designated partners. Requirements: At least 10 years' experience in the technical area, in depth knowledge of the region. Strong bilingual skills (English/Indonesian) preferred.

Deputy Regional Manager, Asmat, South Papua:

Directs project activities in one of two regional landscapes implemented by a regional office. Represents project to district level GOI, communities, private sector and other stakeholders; oversees project assistance and activities within the associate landscape; and coordinates day-to-day office and technical operations.

GIS/Spatial Planning Specialist, Timika, South Papua:

Work with district governments to improve their capacity to do spatial planning as a means to reduce Green House Gas emissions and negative impacts on biodiversity. And facilitate other IFACS Regional conservation spatial planning initiatives in selected natural resource concessions and villages.

Private Sector Development Specialist, Timika, South Papua:

Lead efforts to support low carbon economic development activities. Assist natural resource extraction firms to improve practices to lower carbon emissions and impacts on biodiversity. Assist facilitate implementation of conservation management plans in selected natural resource concessions.

Monitoring & Evaluation Officer, Jakarta:

Develop M&E instruments and protocols. Provides training to field staff on data collection protocols and oversees data collection. Maintains database for storage and maintenance of project baseline and monitoring data. Analyses data and prepares Performance Management Plan performance and other reports.
