Training Manager

Kepulauan Riau - Lagoi

Responsibilities:

Identifying training and development needs

Designing and developing training and development programmes based on both the organisation's and the individual's needs

Managing the delivery of training and development programmes

Monitoring and reviewing the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions with managers

Evaluating training and development programmes

Requirements:

Education Background of Tourism/Public Relation/Communication

Have excellent communication in English & Bahasa

Minimum 3 years experience on the same field at 4 or 5 stars International Hotel

Familiar with training system and able to deliver training lively

A professional attitude & a commitment to excellence
