We are an international non government organization, open a vacancy for Admin/ Finance Assistant,
Main Responsibilities:
1. Assist Admin Officer and Finance Grants Officer in the development or implementation of financial and administrative processes for the Global Fund project;
2. Carry out administrative and secretarial duties;
3. Assist the FGO in maintaining accounting records;
4. Ensure all office equipment and services are appropriately maintained
5. Provide administrative support to staff and project partners in organizing regional activities;
6. Arrange logistic requirements for the office; and
7. Maintain records and inventory control of project assets.
Required
At least a Certificate-level training in secretarial and office functions;
At least 2 years experience in office management or related tasks;
Ability to communicate well in written and spoken English;
Skills in time management and coordination;Skills in coordinating technical and administrative matters;
Proficiency in computer-based programs (MSOffice) and communications (e.g. internet);
and Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred
Preferably Male Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business or related fields;Experience in working with NGOs on development projects; andExperience in managing and coordinating logistics involving multi-country stakeholders.
