UBR Project- Plan Indonesia Urgently Needed

Plan Indonesia is looking for a dynamic Indonesian national to fill the position of:
Universal Birth Registration Project Coordinator – Contractual base ( Kefamenanu, NTT )
Responsible for project planning, implementation, monitoring, evaluation, and documentation of the project.

Requirements:

· Bachelor degree with social science/related field
· At least 5 ( five ) years experience managing related child rights projects or development projects with community mobilization / empowerment
· At least three ( 3 ) years of experience working for or with NGO
· Ability to Planning, implementing, monitoring and evaluating development projects
· Good networking with government organization, non government organization and others relevant institution
· Good interpersonal skill and team work
· Good adaptation and familiar and sensitive to local culture and custom
· Understand about human rights and child rights
· Good facilitation skill
· Good knowledge of government policies in area
· Good English skill both in oral and written communication
· Good computer skill

Monitoring & Evaluation Officer – Contractual Base ( Kefamenanu, NTT )

Involved in monitoring the implementation of the Empowering Civil Society to promote the right to identity and nationality Project (UBR), Establishing data management and provide data for Project Progress Report (quarterly and annually)and involved in learning and documentation of Project’s best practices.


Requirements :

· Minimum of University degree; Bachelor degree in Social Science or Statistics is preferable.
· At least 2 ( two ) years in project monitoring and evaluation
· Experience in writing reports and publications
· Experience in Child Rights/Child Protection or Community development project
· Ability to manage all program aspects including planning, implementing, monitoring and evaluation
· Having communication & facilitation skill.
· Good Analytical skills
· Understanding research methodology
· Having Numerical ability and Learning ability
· Computer skills (advance), including SPSS or any statistic related software.
· Writing skill in English

Admin Finance Officer-Contractual Base ( Kefamenanu, NTT )

Responsible forsupporting the fulfillment of admin and financial requirements of the project funded by donor

Requirement :

· Diploma, preferable bachelor degree in management, accounting and administration
· Two ( 2 ) years experience Hands-on experience in Finance / General Affairs
· Good knowledge skill in office/finance administration
· Concern to detailandGood team work
· Able to ride motor cycle
· Computer literate (minimum MS word)
· Familiar with local custom
