Responsibilities:
Making strategies, plan, target, and budget in promotion, that suits company needs
Responsible for the implementation of strategies, plan, target and budget that have been set
Develop policies and procedures that associates with Brand Awareness, Brand strategic and Brand Image of Kompas.com
Maintain operasional activities of promotion
Do the monitoring, evaluating, and analizing the efficiency and effectiveness of promotion activities, as well as finding problem solving
Maintain a good relationship with business partner and public
Actively communicate, either with internal or external, about kompas.com's new products
Preparing and doing public relation activities that related to media and act as spokerperson for company when dealing with the media and official institution
Controlling and supervising the team
Evaluating, foster and develop the abilities and skills of the team
Requirements:
Qualifications :
Minimum Bachelor Degree (any discipline)
Must have min. 5-6 years experience in promotion/ advertising/ marketing communication, in media industry (multimedia preferred)
Excellent in make strategies, plan, target, and budgeting.
Indepth understanding about social media savvy and have knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
Wide networking
Have a strong leadership skill and have a skill to develop and maintain team
Have a good presentation , communication and negotiation skill
Coordinate external and internal communication projects including sales communication, press releases, promotions, publicity campaigns, advertising, online marketing, events planning and all creative print, web, and press opportunities
Have the ability to drive a car and have a valid driving license
Good personality, creative, high integrity and demonstrate the ability to work in a team environment
