Communications Manager

Habitat for Humanity is a global nonprofit, Christian housing ministry. We seek to eliminate poverty housing and homelessness from the world, and to make descent shelter a matter of conscience and action. In Indonesia, Habitat for Humanity Indonesia as the national foundation currently operates regular programs across 8 provinces and in some other areas for disaster response programs.
Habitat for Humanity Indonesia is now seeking some professionals to fill the following position. Ideal candidates, should be Indonesian, who are strong qualified personality with excellent leadership, managerial, and interpersonal skills. Fluency in English, both verbal and written, is an important prerequisite.

Communications Manager

Responsibilities:
To plan, develop policy and coordinate the execution of functions of communication systems and communication materials work well at the national office and all branch offices in order to support and achieve the target of Habitat For Humanity (HFH) Indonesia services in Indonesia.

    Create a strategy and plan of HFH Indonesia's annual communication materials based on the vision, mission and principles of organization with the aim of increasing brand awareness and achievement of the organization.
    Embody (transformation) and ensure the Vision, Mission and Value of ​​Organization in any communication materials can be accepted and carried out in the entire communication system.
    Develop all communication materials with the orientation of increasing brand awareness
    Plan annual communication materials for the entire communication system, together with COO, Resource Development and program team.

Requirements:

    Preferable Master degree in Communication, International Relation, Social Sciences, or related studies from a reputable university
    3-5 years of related experience
    Experienced in public communication and direct communication creative.
    Outstanding communication and be highly organized
    Fluent in English and other language is a plus
    Good knowledge of computer graphics
    Have good interpersonal skills
    Good negotiating skills
    Good physical endurance
    Thorough and detail
    Glad to Serve
