Senior Consultant Healthcare (SCH)

Responsibilities:
The Senior Consultant will be responsible for managing the budgets and account teams on sizable pieces of business. The incumbent has agency-wide responsibility for account profitability, new business solicitation and quality of account service and employee development. He or she will supervise an account team to provide and maintain a high standard of service to clients, which includes directing the clients’ programs, providing strategic counseling, growing the existing accounts, developing new business.

Requirements:

    A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g.: communication or other social studies) from an accredited college or university is preferred.
    Have between three to five years of experience in in-house communication or with a consultancy in the area of pharmaceutical and healthcare communications.
    Have extensive experience in developing and executing successful public relations strategies and communications programs as an agency practitioner is critical.
    Strong understanding of policy development and issues, as well as have a solid network of contacts within relevant government bodies such as MoH and BPOM
    Have excellent communication skills and ability to provide sound counsel and recommendations on how the business is operated.
    Have been part of successful teams that showed proven good performance track record
    Excellent in written, verbal communication and presentation skills (both English and Bahasa Indonesia).
