Vacancy : IT/Logistics Assistant Oxfam Eastern Indonesia

Oxfam is an international NGO working in over
70 countries to reduce poverty and suffering by supporting development,
humanitarian and advocacy work.
Currently we are seeking qualified and highly motivated individuals to support our  Project in Eastern Indonesia

IT/Logistics
Assistant | Makassar


As IT/Logistic Assistant you will be responsible for to
assist with technical IT support and maintenance issues (across functions such
as programme, finance, HR Logistics etc) in the designated Eastern Indonesia
office. To ensure IT systems in Eastern Indonesia office and/or sub-office/s
are compatible and adapt to the new Oxfam Corporate requirements. The purpose
of the job is also to provide training and up-to-date information to staff to
operate new systems and packages where required.

And as Logistics Assistant
you will be responsible to holder
carriers out task within guidelines laid down in procurement process and logistics.
Their tasks are usually routines but will require the use of initiative
and/basic planning. Required to gather and give information to supervisor and
programme staff (area office). His/her works impacts on that of the programmes
and Oxfam’s capacity to respond the need of running office day to day.

Along with a formal IT/Logistic
qualification, Minimum
of 2 years’ experience in IT system (Experience of
construction of computer network systems)and Logistics; good written and verbal
communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia; strong organisational
skills; able to priorities and can plan ahead, be able to work under pressure; demonstrates
adaptability and flexibility in all aspects of working, be able to prioritise
work, meet deadlines and attention to the details; ability to work indepently
with sense responsibility, initiative and minimum supervision; mature and
professional  attitude and approach.
