AHA Centre Vacancy: Graphic Designer for AHA Centre 1st year Progress Report (Consultant)

The Association of Southeast Asian Nations
(ASEAN) is a regional-intergovernmental organisation founded in 1967, to
promote peace and stability, sustain economic growth, shared prosperity and
social progress. It comprises ten countries of Southeast Asia.

The ASEAN Leaders at their 19th ASEAN Summit on
17 November 2011 officially launched the ASEAN Coordinating Centre for
Humanitarian Assistance on disaster management, popularly referred to as the
AHA Centre. The AHA Centre will facilitate co-operation and coordination among
ASEAN Member States, and with relevant United Nations and international
organisations in promoting regional collaboration in disaster management.

TheAHA Centre is planning to
produce a publication to showcase the programmatic and financial operations of the
Centre, that will mark the1st anniversary of the organisation.

AHA
Centre, is looking for a GRAPHIC
DESIGNER CONSULTANT to
produce the 1st year progress report.The Consultant will be assigned to provide editing,designandlayout of the report for visually appealing, easy and
consistent readability. The
Consultant will be responsible for the quality of final print out of the
report, by coordinating with the selected printing agency.The
contract period of this consultancy service will be for 2 months (with possible
extension).
Criteria for the Graphic Designer (Consultant):

* Professional graphic design with demonstrated
experience, creativity and innovation in graphic design;
* Proven experiences in innovative design of art
work for different print and stationary products;
* Must use the latest technology in graphic design;
* Strong interpersonal and organizational skills;
* Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
