Site / HO Program Officer :
1. Administration Department (AD) : Departemen Administrasi
Key responsibilities : Financial, procurement, staff managerial.
2. Operation Department (OD) : Departemen operasional
Key responsibilities : Project Cycle Management (plan, implement,
MONEV), Organizing community, Research.
3. Sponsorship Service Department (SSD) : Departemen Sponsor Anak
Key responsibilities : Maintain children sponsorship, child case
management & Counselling.
4. Fundraising (FD)
Key responsibilities : Gather fund through individual sponsorship,
company & institution, public relation.
5. Social Business OfficerKey responsibilities : Developing social
business program & Manage store.

- Mertak, LOMBOK* : AD, SSD**
- Sukajaya, BOGOR* : SSD, OD
- Head Office, JAKARTA: AD, FD, Social Business Officer
Requirements :
• Male/Female, max 30 years old
• Bachelor degree (S1) all major, but preferably :
for postition (1) : Accounting / Management
for position (2) : Social welfare / Sociology / Agriculture / Forestry /
Biology
for position (3) : Psychology / English Literature
for position (4) : Communication / Management for position (5) :
Business / Management• **SSD Lombok min. High School Graduate,
domicile in Lombok.
• Fluency in English both speaking and writing
• Strong analytical and intrapersonal skill
• Preferably Have experience min. 1 years in NGO activities.
• Fresh graduates with good track in organization are welcome to

• *Willing to be stationed in project site area and like to be
working in remote area (Bogor, Lombok)
