The Multi Donor Facility Trade & Investment Climate (MDFTIC)
is a donor funded program administrated by the World Bank
and implemented by the Government of Indonesia (GOI) and the World Bank.
It is supporting the Coordinating Ministry for Economic Affairs for capacity building
and technical assistance to improve the investment climate in Indonesia.

Under the grant of Multi Donor Facility for Trade and Investment Climate TF094088 .
The Project Implementation Unit Coordinating Ministry for Economic Affairs of Republic Indonesia (PIU-CMEA)
are now invites eligible individual consultant to apply for  :

- Procurement Specialist
Task : s/he will supporting the PIU (Project Implementation Unit) in the project procurement unit. It  requires  frequent  interaction  with  World  Bank  staff  and  government  staff
members. Theassignment
will be initiallyfor9(nine)
months.

Requirements :
1. Masters  degree  preferably  or  a  Bachelor  degree  in  either  of  Economics, Finance, or otherrelevant topics from arecognized
university.

2. At least
5years of experiencein Procurement asconsultant capacity.
3. Experiencein
assisting governments willbean advantage.

4. Experiencein theareasof project
procurementinthe World Bank
fundedProjects
willbean advantage.

5. Strongcommunications skills, both in
English andIndonesian, andsupported bya strongethicalfoundationareessential.

- Administration Specialist
Task: s/he will supporting the PIU on the project Administration unit. It requires frequent interaction with World Bank staff  and government staff member. The
assignment will be initially for 9 (nine) months.

Requirements
* 10(ten)yearsofexperienceinworkingwithIndonesianGovernmentAgencies,the privatesector,andinternationalinstitutionsrelatedtoTariffNomenclature.

*  Knowledge  on  World  Customs  Organization(WCO),  ASEAN  Harmonized  Tariff
Nomenclature (AHTN)andIndonesianBukuTarifKepabeanan,andinternational bestpractisesinCustoms’clearanceandcargorelease;

*  HoldersofuniversitydegreeandparticipationsintrainingsrelatedtoICTbased Customs’clearanceandcargorelease;

*  Experienceinworkingwithandintraininggroupsofpeersand GovernmentAgency professionals;
