JAKARTA


1.  District Coordinator – Hati
Kami Program
Health
Program Jakarta District Coordinator is responsible for effective government engagement
and community mobilization for timely, target appropriate and high quality
implementation of health program activities at the assigned subdistricts in Jakarta City. S/he is also responsible for
monitoring, documentation and publication of program activities in the assigned
subdistricts.

Qualifications:
§         2
years experience in project(s) that involved community mobilization and
government partnership;
§         1
year experience in public health projects;
§         Proficient
in Microsoft Word and Excel programs;
§         Education
background in public health and or related science is an advantage;
§         Preferably
residents of Jakarta City


2. Program Manager – Supporting Micro nsurance Learning and
Education Program (SMILE) Program

The Program Manager will be
responsible for implementation of the overall program, including designing the implementation
of ToT/training for beneficiaries and a post-test following the implementation
of the training. Mercy Corps will work with the third party (an individual or
an institution) to deliver the ToT/training. He/she will be responsible for
overseeing performance on projects, as well as ensuring that a strong
cross-learning and monitoring stream of activities is consistently
applied.  He/she will be responsible for
managing program budgets and developing program reports, as well as leading the
overall development of program publications and events.


Qualifications:
·         Significant
previous work experience with an NGO in the area of grant management and/or
microfinance is required, with vendor management experience a plus;
·         Knowledge
and understanding of financial literacy preferred;
·         Excellent
verbal and written communication skills and be comfortable dealing with senior
(board) management level;
·         Polished
presentation, representation, listening skills plus excellent oral and written
English essential.
·         Experience
with monitoring and evaluation and knowledge management a plus.
·         Previous
experience developing and implementing projects.
·         Very
strong computer (MS Office) and organizational skills, with prior database
management experience;
·         Willingness
to travel throughout the project areas.
·         Fluency
in both verbal and written English and Indonesian communication.



3. Monitoring and
Learning Management Officer – Supporting Microinsurance Learning and Education Program (SMILE) Program

The Monitoring and Learning
Management Officer will be responsible to design the monitoring tools that will
be applied by the partners and fulfill with the standard and requirement.
He/she will be responsible for designing the profile database of the program
beneficiaries and ensuring provision of updates on program achievements and program
beneficiaries profile which follow the requirement. He/she will be responsible
for planning the learning process, developing learning tools, and ensuring that
the learning documents can be released as per schedule.


Qualifications:
·         At least three years working in a professional
setting and at least three years’ experience with monitoring and evaluation.
Specific related to financial literacy program is advantageous;
·         Prior
experience in a communications field minimum 3 years;
·         Computers skills with strong familiarity with
Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and database systems are required.
Experienced with Project Management Software and Graphic Design Software  are advantageous;
·         Excellent
verbal and written communication skills and be comfortable dealing with senior
(board) management level.
·         Willingness
to travel throughout the project areas.
·         Polished
presentation, representation, listening skills plus excellent oral and written
English essential.
