Human Resources Coordinator

We are looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to be based in Jakarta. The position carries out responsibilities by coordinating and working through CI's Human Resources department and working closely with Finance Department in the following areas; (i) processing, entering and managing the consultatn agreement through GEM system, (ii) staff time sheet, (iii) managing and maintaining updated staff's file, (iv) monitoring and processing staff medical claim, (v) monthly payroll. The HR Coordinator will assist Human Resources Manager in preparing staff contracts of new hire and existing one. She/he will assist Human Resources Manager in the development and implementation of best practice in human resources management that are consistent with CI's values.

Duties and Responsibilities:
1.Assist the HRM in preparing the consultant/service agreements and process it as outline into GEM as well as for the amendment if needed and work closely with Jr. Finance Manager (JFM) to review the financial records to ensure that procedures and procedures of consultants are comply with CI standards.
2.Preparing the request of consultant/service agreements payment to finance after all required procedures are followed, i.e. approval from the staff that receive the services, have received the report as stated in the agreements; and monitor of each consultant/service agreements through GEM systems
3.Responsible for updating staff information to the medical insurance company (in–out staff). Process staff in-patient claim to the Insurance Company and follow it up regularly for finalizing it by preparing monthly report of it for monitoring tool. This including manages DAN insurance provided to Marine staffs.
4.Responsible for all phases of payroll, including issuance of pay slip. Ensures that the click time, contracts and other documents are properly processed on a timely basis as backup for payroll processing.
5.Assist the HRM on the office administration issues by working closely with the office administration officer, such as Jakarta staff lunch, vehicles insurance, office cleanness, organized meeting or events, etc.
6.Assist and support other Operation team member as necessary to ensure proactive and result-oriented services as well as respond to staff inquiries regarding benefits.

Requirements:
1. Minimum of three years' working experience in the HR and/or accounting/finance field;
2. University Degree in accounting/finance and/or managerial or other related field;
3. Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint plus working knowledge of accounting software is preferable;
4. Ability to communicate fluently in both native language and English (written and oral);
5. Ability to follow guidelines and controls required of the position.
6. Familiarity in dealing with staff employment contracts
