Community Development Facilitator

Castlerock Consulting, a consulting company based in Jakarta is seeking a
qualified candidate to fill Community Development Facilitator (CDF)
position for the activity in scaling up renewable energy in Indonesia. The
position will be based in Sumba for 2 years, tentatively from April 2013.

Qualification:

. Diploma (D3) or Bachelor Degree (Sarjana Strata 1 (S1))

. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Bahasa
Indonesia and English

. Minimum 5 years experience in conducting capacity building and/or
outreach activities for local communities, or in facilitating communication
with local communities in donor-funded projects or projects funded by
multilateral agencies (such as ADB, the World Bank)

. Preferably familiar with renewable energy sector and have had
experience in working or involved in renewable energy activities

. Able to use Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point

. Have communication skills and is able to communicate well with
local officials and representatives of local institutions on the Sumba
island such as Department of Mines and Energy, Department of Agriculture,
Department of Plantation, etc.

. Preferably familiar with all regencies in Sumba islands (Sumba
Barat, Sumba Barat Daya, Sumba Timur, and Sumba Tengah)
