Coffey
International Development is the managing contractor
for LOGICA2 (L2), an Australian Aid funded governance reform and community
engagement project which supports provincial and district governments in
post-conflict Aceh to improve government service delivery in response to
community demand and based on national minimum service and staff competency
standards. L2 commenced on 4 January 2010 and entered a two-year extension
phase from 1 July 2012 to 30 June 2014.

L2 currently works with local
governments in six districts to deliver services that improve living standards
(health, education and support services for women), in response to
community-wide advocacy. L2 builds the capacity of citizens to identify and
advocate their needs to governments (village, district and provincial) and to
demand better services.

The program is
currently seeking applications of District
Program Coordinator – Aceh Tengah (COFF-3352).
The District Program
Coordinator will be responsible for Coordinate on a daily a team of technical
specialist and administrative support staff to deliver measurable outcomes
against LOGICA2, Manage the procurement and engagement of civil society groups
through contracted partnerships with LOGICA 2 to support regional village
communities, Manage and coordinate District Working Groups (DWGs) to direct,
advise on and monitor LOGICA2 interventions in target districts, assist analyse
and advise on the specific governance reform and community development needs of
the districts and districts Government.
