MDF vacancy: Trainer/Consultant Strategic Planning,HR,CSR (Indonesian national)

MDF Training & Consultancy is a worldwide operating management training and consultancy organisation for the international cooperation sector as well as goverments and internationally operating companies. MDF employs over 100 staff members and has 9 regional offices world-wide, of which 3 are in Asia, operating as MDF Asia.

MDF's core activities is assisting national governments, non-governmental organisations, projects/ programmes and donor agencies in achieving development results at the personal, programme and organisational level. Furthermore, MDF-PI wants to increase its service delivery for the private sector, particularly in the areas of leadership, CSR, strategic planning, knowledge management and organisational development.

MDF-PI is looking for a talented and enthusiastic colleague (Indonesian national only!):

Indonesian Trainer / Consultant Strategic Planning, HR, CSR and, potentially, Knowledge Management

Job description:
• Serve as a trainer in MDF-PI's regular and tailor-made courses;
• Carry out consulting assignments in Indonesia and abroad in the above mentioned areas;
• Contribute to the further development of MDF products and courses, such as knowledge management and CSR;
• Travel and potentially work abroad for app. 3 months per year;
• Marketing and acquisition of MDF-PI's services to our clients.

Core competencies:
• Required: sound knowledge of current international trends in strategic planning, HR, and CSR;
• Desired: sound knowledge of knowledge management and leadership;
• Ability to conduct training and consultancy assignments in English and Bahasa Indonesia (fluency in English required).

Qualifications:
• International Masters degree, studied or worked at least 1 year abroad;
• >5 yrs relevant private sector experience and >5 yrs relevant training experience in the above fields;
• Excellent command of English and Bahasa Indonesia (speaking and writing);
• Analytical and empathic;
• Excellent communication and (proven) reporting skills;
• Open-minded, interactive and outspoken personality;
• Not a teacher, but a facilitator;
• Able to work independently;
• Willing to travel at least three months per year (national and international);
• Strong marketing and acquisition competencies and experiences in the private sector.
