Operation Manager Yayasan Adaro Bangun Negeri
Kalimantan Selatan
Responsibilities:
Manage operational activities YABN (Tanjung Tabalong, Kalimantan Selatan)
Oversee the implementation of the CSR program AE and its subsidiaries and report regularly to the Director YABN.
Become a representative YABN in making contact with all local stakeholders in Adaro working area
Requirements:
Having at least 5 years working experience in CSR, Sustainable Development, Office Management
Computer literate (Ms. Word, Excel, Power Point)
Good command in English both oral and written
Able to build cooperation with the external parties (Outsourcing, NGO, government, ect)
Good communication skill, positive attitudes, and enjoy working in a team.
Having leadership experience on managing team
Experience in Mining company is an advantage
