Contact Center Team Leader

Responsibilities:
Follow up the all customers or potential customers needs that has been escalate by Call Center Officer. Directing and managing the team of Call Center Officer  to complete their duties (quality and quantity performance) and maintaining the target of KPI Services.

Requirements:

    Male / Female
    Minimum  diploma degree from all major
    IPK >= 2,75
    Minimum 1 year experience in the same field or having minimum 2 years experience as a Call Center officer
    Service Oriented
    Willing to work shifting
    Good leadership
    Having good communication skill
    Able to speak in English
    Having knowledge in IT (Internet & Computer)
