Job Opening WVI: 4 Positions

Wahana Visi
Indonesia is a Christian humanitarian organization working to create
lasting change in the lives of children, families and communities living
in poverty. Wahana Visi Indonesia has been working for more than 15
years, employing more than 800 staff  in the programs and serving 1,400
of the poorest villages.

Wahana Visi Indonesia is a local
humanitarian organization that implements most of World Vision programs
in Indonesia.  World Vision is one of the world’s largest international
Christian humanitarian aid organizations. It has been working in
Indonesia for more than 50 years and  focusing on programming effort on
health, education and economic development across transformational
development, humanitarian emergency affairs and advocacy ministries.

Wahana Visi Indonesia is currently seeking the following positions:


1. Christian Commitment Advisor ( Code :CC)

Location     : Sulmal (Sulawesi and North Mollucas )

Major Roles:

To
develop and integrate initiatives that nurture the spiritual formation
of World Vision, the development of partnerships with churches, Faith
Based Organization and the faithful expression of holistic Christian
witness which contribute to the flourishing of children, their families
and communities so that they are equipped for sustained transformational
development in Sulmal Region.

Qualifications :

 - S1 degree in educational and theological training and biblical
understanding; major in    Counseling, church growth or management  and leadership.
- Min. 5 years proven church / Christian leadership experience.
-  Good communication and interpersonal relationship skills

2. Design, Monitoring  and Evaluation Specialist ( Code: DMEs)

Location     : Sulmal (Sulawesi and North Mollucas )

Major Roles:

To
support WVIndonesia’s strategic mandates to “strengthen our grass roots
field capacity and ministry” by supporting Area Development Programs
and projects in implementing DME task including good quality monitoring
and reporting, that is well-documented meets partnership standards
(DME/LEAP) and is used for accountability, improved management
decisions, and organizational learning.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree, Statistic education background id preferable
- Min. 1 years of experience in development program
-  Minimum 2 years of experienced in Design, Monitoring and Evaluation  (DME) task
- Understand, able  and in advance using statistics methods and software
-  Good communication, analytical and interpersonal relationship skills

3. Child Protection and Advocacy Coordinator (Code : CPA)

Location : Kupang, NTT

Major Roles:

Providing
overall leadership and technical support to Wahana Visi Indonesia's
child protection program in NTT region. The Child Protection and Advocacy Coordinator
will maintain and enhance the role and positioning of Wahana Visi
Indonesia in advocating and responding to Child Protection needs as
related to WV Indonesia's Strategy and Region's Strategy.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Social Works, Management or relevant degree
· Min 3 years experience in child protection works
· Understanding the Humanitarian industry

4. Sponsorship Planning &
Monitoring Officer (Code :SPMO)

Location     : Jayapura

Major Roles:

Responsible
to support the overall sponsorship operation service through
intentional planning and monitoring of sponsorship project in the
designated region to contribute to the transformation of children,
families, communities, and donors aligned with World Vision  Indonesia
strategy and Sponsorship Standard & Policy.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in assessment, design, log frame development, and monitoring plan
- Understanding of sponsorship standard and policy
- Experience in facilitating training
- Fluent in English (Min. TOEFL Score : 500)
