Plan Indonesia is looking for a dynamic Indonesian national to fill the
position of:

People & Culture Senior Officer – Fixed Term
(
Jakarta  Based )

Responsible  for carry out day-to-day personnel administration,
Human Resources data base maintenance, maintenance of employee communication,
salary and employee benefits administration, and personnel administration
monitoring.

Requirements:
·         Bachelor degree in related major
·         Three
( 3 ) years experience as administration staff in HR Department or Finance and
General Affairs at International NGO
·         Understanding HR policies and HR procedures
·         Hands on experience in Payroll and employee benefits
·         Understanding
tax calculation (PPH 21)
·         Understanding Indonesia law or regulation related
staff contract, etc
·         Good Computer skills
·         Good
interpersonal skill and team work
·         Willing
to travel occasionally
