Urgently Needed a Program Officer for KOICA

World Friends Korea (WFK) Program
KOICA Indonesia OfficePost: Jakarta World Friends Korea is an aid
program provided by the government of the Republic of Korea for 114
developing partner countries including Indonesia. The program includes
the dispatch of Korea Overseas Volunteer, Advisors, and working with
local NGO's. We are now searching for a Program Officer who will be
in charge of WFK administrative assistance in KOICA Indonesia Office.
The officer will assist WFK Program Managers in managing all WFK
dispatch process including demand survey, field survey, dispatch, MONEV,
and completion of small-scale projects.
The Program Officer will work
closely with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (visa matters), State
Secretariat (as our vocal facilitator), Ministry of Manpower and
Transmigration, Indonesian National Police, and related ministries of
WFK dispatch field. He/she will also manage some WFK documents
filing.Requirements:- Under 28 years old- Indonesian - Minimum Bachelor
Degree in International Relation or related major
- At least one year experience working in development agency or NGO or
other non-profit organizations
- Microsoft Office and internet literate
- Have knowledge about Indonesian local government and central
government bodies
- Experience in working with expatriates and able to speak/read/write in
English
- Have interest in Korean culture in general- Good communication and
willing to learnOffered salary USD 550. Working hours: 8:30 AM to 4:30
