Vacancy-Monitoring and Evaluation Training Modul Development Consultant

 Library sector in Indonesia continued to grow in role as well as in
number, which resulted in the increasing number of users. Unfortunately, the
capacity of public library services in Indonesia is still below what are
needed, in terms of soft and hard skills. More importantly, the need to keep up
with the global technology development in this era of information technology is
indispensable for library.
The literacy on information and ICT is getting
critically important due to its increasing role in many walks of lives. In
addressing this issues, Coca-Cola Foundation Indonesia with Bill and Melinda
Gates Foundation support is implementing PerpuSeru program to develop public
library into well used, ICT enabled, productive, and sustainable community
learning centers. Lessons learned
from the PerpuSeru program will result in a better understanding of growing and
maintaining the role of libraries as sources of knowledge and information.
Specific target users, i.e., women, youth and micro-entrepreneurs will benefit through
improved skill and knowledge in, among others, health care and/or economic
development, and improved access to information on job opportunity and creative
industry, and improved information to develop entrepreneurship. In the long
term, we expect that PerpuSeru program will enable end beneficiaries to improve
their quality of lives especially in aspect of health and economic development,
create better opportunities in employment and education as well as improve
competitiveness in the entrepreneurship skills.We are looking for:

Job Title:Monitoring and Evaluation Training Modul Development
Consultant
Scope of Work:
1.    Conduct Pre – Modul Development visit to
selected sample libraries
2.    Develop
Monitoring and Evaluation modul
3.    Conduct
trial of the modul to selected sample libraries
4.    Conduct
Training of Trainers (ToT) to CBOs or PerpuSeru Team
5.    Conduct
monitoring to the Monitoring and Evaluation training as conducted by CBOs on
selected sample of libraries
6.    Provide
TOT and monitoring results report. The report includes:
a.       Trainees
performance improvement,
b.      Observations,
c.       Summary or feedback questionnaries,
d.      Conclusions and recommendations.
7.    Produce monitoring and evaluation training modul
for future use by librarias.
8.    Conduct ongoing consultation with CBOs and PerpuSeru
team

Qualifications:
1.       Understanding
of S.M.A.R.T goals for monitoring and evaluation  work plan;
2.       Thorough
knowledge in the areas of monitoring and evaluation and  Project
Preparation;
3.       Experience
in developing Monitoring and Evaluation Modul
4.       Experience
in utilizing database program and providing analysis
5.       Experience
in applying interactive (adult learning) Monitoring and Evaluation training
methods;
6.       Excellent
inter-personal skills and ability to work effectively in a team;
7.       Excellent
communication and presentation skills;
8.       Understanding
of the Regional Department, Perpustakaan Nasional, and Indonesian public
libraries system.
