Requirements:

* Indonesian citizen under 30 years
* Have a strong sense of personal ethics and committed to ethical
business practice and corporate social responsibility
* Capable of coherent thinking in resolving social and communication
problems in the Indonesian as well as international context
* Capable of functioning independently and making initiatives, as
well as working in collaboration with a team of consultants
* Firmly rooted in Indonesian culture and society yet have a
cosmopolitan attitude and multi-cultural outlook on life
* Committed to continuous improvement of company and self
* High degree of self-confidence
* Completed at least a bachelor's degree in Social Sciences,
Communication, Economics or Business
* Previous experience applying social and communication sciences in a
professional environment is a plus
* High proficiency in English in speech and writing is a must
