Project Coordinator (REF.INT 6392)
Fixed Term
Open to Indonesian National applicants only
The role:
You will be responsible of day to day implementation of project for both technical and operational activities under the supervision of Oxfam Indonesia Rights in Crisis Lead. You will also need to be hands on in coordination of the work and required supports from other team members and key experts at national and regional level to ensure that it’s being identified and delivered. You will also be required to do monitoring, evaluation, and learning of project, including a clear strategy for learning dissemination at the end of the project.
To be successful in this role you will:
You will need to have extensive experiences in project cycle management, including some experiences in conducting case studies and/or researches, a strong commitment and understanding of gender knowledge and cultural sensitivity and strong background of Cash Transfer Programme in Indonesia and in global level. You will also be required to have proven practical experience in capacity building methodologies, including adult learning. As you will be working with various stakeholders, you will need to have proven relationship management skill and negotiation skills.
Emergency Preparedness and Response Officer (REF.INT6402)

The role:
Emergency preparedness and Response Officer will be responsible to coordinate and ensure all Rights in Crisis programming is documented properly and disseminated to the respective stakeholders when necessary; to lead the disaster surveillance and information management system in disaster management area, to assist in the design and delivery of disaster preparedness projects including Oxfam’s partner capacity building, to assist in the design and delivery of emergency response project, and to ensure all activities to be compliant to Oxfam system (OPAL). This will include assisting Emergency preparedness and Response Coordinator in designing, planning and monitoring of preparedness and emergency response projects, assisting in initial proposal writing, assisting/ leading the general need assessment to emergency, writing the assessment report, providing actions recommendations and also assisting monitoring and evaluation process within the program.
To be successful in this role you will:
You will need to have proven practical experience (2 years) in humanitarian response work including assessment, analysis, and implementation and monitoring/ evaluation in emergency contexts. As you will be working with various parties, having confident to influence stakeholders including government and strong interpersonal skill is essential. Additionally you shall be equipped with community mobilization skills, including participatory community assessment and planning techniques. You will also require to be able to demonstrate commitment and drive and ability to work in stressful and difficult conditions.
Campaign and Advocacy Coordinator (REF.INT 6403)

The role:
Campaign and Advocacy Coordinator will be responsible to lead the development and delivery of Oxfam’s and partners’ national campaign and advocacy works, with a strong link to Oxfam’s global campaign, especially the food justice campaign (GROW Campaign) whose focus, in Indonesia, are on building movement, promoting policy and practice changes and investment to support small-scale food producers. The job holder will work closely with Oxfam’s partners, Oxfam staff at area offices and affiliate offices both at regional and global levels. S/he will play a role as programme/campaign manager, convenor and facilitator, and to some extent public and social media campaigner. S/he will also contribute in building the capacity of Oxfam staff and partners in advocacy andcampaign and project management.
To be successful in this role you will:
You will need to have proven working experience in and understanding of international development issues, the role of global financial institutions and economic development and poverty in the East Asia region as well as experience of public campaigning including through social media. It essential that you have sound understanding in micro and macroeconomic policy issues that affect poverty, inequality and food security in Indonesia. Having post-graduate education in Economics or Development will be an advantage.
