Research Spv - Jakarta
(
1 Year Fix Term  )

As the main focal
point/responsible for research management activities at all stages. Ensure and
maintained that research design are well applied.

Requirements:

* Bachelor Degree (Social Science, Economic Bussiness) in area of expertise
* Three ( 3 ) or more years experience in research, experience in administrative will be an advantage
·         Good knowledge and experience in research
·         Excellent in administrative tasks
·         Good command of oral and written communications
·         High
degree of proficiency in written and spoken English
·         Good facilitation and negotiation skill
·         Good
management skill
·         Computer
literate

Central Aceh
Earthquake Emergency Response (CAEER)-Project Coordinator
( 3 Months Fix Term )- Location Aceh
Tengah


Responsible for the overall implementation of Central Aceh Earthquake
Emergency Response (CAEER) Project.

Requirements :

·At least 3 years of Humanitarian Response  experience with international NGOs or
international organizations of which 2 years have been completed in the field;
·Have an expertise and or experiences  p in Child Protection in Emergency and
Education in Emergency and familiar with all relevant standards (INEE Minimum
standard, Child Protection Minimum standard, Sphere, IASC).
·Experience in project management (program and budget monitoring,
mentoring and catching and evaluation)
·Experience in working with local NGOs as implementing partners, ud and
evaluation
·Financial and budgeting skills;
·Ability and willingness to undertake frequent travel;
·Ability to deploy at short notice;
·Excellent communication skills (verbal and written); strong negotiation
and facilitation skills;
·Ability to work to tight deadlines, under pressure and to multi-task;
·Ability to work in insecure and difficult environments
·Understand well on program cycle: planning, implementing, monitoring and
evaluating development projects
·Commitment to child rights and
CCCD implementation
