HIV COOPERATION PROGRAM FOR INDONESIA

The AusAID-funded HIV Cooperation Program for Indonesia (HCPI) is seeking applications from suitably qualified individuals for the position of:


CONTRACTS MANAGER

Responsibilities:
* Responsible for effective management of all contracts with partner organisations and to support partners in correct use of grant funds
* Implement an internal audit process for partner grants
* Preparing monthly/quarterly fund requests/estimates and review schedule of payments
§  Facilitating training in financial management to partner organisations
·         Provide guidance on contract matters and monitor compliance by partner organisations with established procedures, and
* Maintaining contracts data base (master tracking) in coordination with the finance team.

Qualifications required:
* Tertiary Degree in Finance/Accounting with a minimum three year experience in contract management
* Experience in providing financial training and mentoring/coaching
* Experience in conducting financial audit
* Demonstrate a strong analytical thinking and pro-activeness towards an issue
* Excellent organizational and written communication skills; excellent computer skills especially spreadsheet and database; and ability to work in English and Indonesian .
