Vacancy: Junior Finance Assistant

Currently we have immediate vacancy for high caliber Indonesians with high integrity to fill the following position:

Junior Finance Assistant
Organizational Context :

Under the guidance and supervision of the Finance Officer, the Junior
Finance Assistant ensures effective execution of financial services and
processes within the Partnership and observing transparent utilization
of financial resources.
   
The Junior Finance Assistant works in close collaboration with the
operations, programme and projects’ staff of Kemitraan to resolve
finance-related issues and information exchange.

Summary of key functions :

1. Implementation of financial  operational strategies
2. SUNSystem voucher entry & filling
3. Administration of tax deduction and payment to tax office
4. Maintain advance and settlement report (travel)
5. Facilitation of knowledge building and knowledge sharing

Recruitment Qualifications :

Education
Diploma-3 Degree with specialized certification in Accounting and
Finance. University Degree in Business or Public Administration would be
desirable, but it is not a requirement.

Experience
1. Minimum 1 years of progressively responsible finance experience is required
2. Experience in the usage of computers and office software packages (MS Word, Excel, etc)
3. Familiar with accounting software system and tax system application

Language Requirements
Fluency in English
