Cardno is looking for two professional personnel to fill the position of Regional Administrator to join our Physical Infrastructure (PI) and Social Infrastructure (SI) team based from our Jakarta Office. Reporting to the Progam Manager/Coordinator, your role will contribute to the success of Cardno EMR PI/SI area by providing professional services support for marketing and project management activities within the team.
The successful candidate must have the following key skills and experience:
• Bachelor Degree qualified in social science or engineering.
· 5 years’ experience working in administrative positions within Development industry
· Advanced skills in Microsoft Word & PowerPoint
• Intermediate to Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
• Intermediate skills in Desk Top Publishing
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Project desirable
• Typing speed – minimum 70-80 words per minute
• Excellent organisation and time management skills
• High level of interpersonal skills
• Willingness to take on a variety of tasks that may be required to ensure efficient operation of the business units
• Ability to work as part of an administration team as well as work autonomously
• Ability to use initiative and make decisions when completing tasks required
• Ensuring key responsibilities are completed within required time frames
