Finance Officer

Plan Indonesia is looking for a dynamic Indonesian national to fill the position of:

Finance Officer [2 positions]
(Based in Kupang – East Nusa Tenggara)


Responsibilities:
·      Review Voucher Package Documentation by signature
·      Delivers check to payee
·      Prepare financial Statements
·      Perform other job as requested/delegated by supervisor
·      Maintain good relationship other staff
·      Create the teamwork with other staff
·      Provide support to internal and external auditors as required
·      Review budget VS actual report
·      Check supporting other jobs as requested / delegated by supervisor
·      Record the cash advance in the cash advance book
·      Receive all cash returned from Operation Support/PUAC to be deposited and prepare bank deposit slip/ Banks Receipt
·      Deposit any cash returned/balance and prepare journal voucher
·      Check supporting documents of fund received
·      Any adjustment of charges and prepare journal vouchers
·      Review journal vouchers of fund received
·      Check telephone bills and prepare journal voucher
·      -     Receive bills and Payment Requisition
-          Check and Review Payment Requisition, supporting documents other than project purpose
-          Crosscheck account numbers against project purposed
-          Stamp “PAID” and indicate voucher, cheque number for all payment document other than project purpose
·      File Payment of Check Vouchers and support document other than project purposes and retrieve as needed
·      Prepare proof of income taxes with held from outsiders if there is any.


Requirements:
·      Bachelor degree in Economic (accounting is advantage)
·      Min 2 year experiences as finance
·      Good knowledge in: financial, accounting, filling system
·      Fluent both Indonesia and English (oral and written)
