ACTIVATION MANAGER ( CHANNEL / TRADE MARKETING )

Job Description :

    To manage retail / channel activation program in workshops, modern store, wet market and/or other channels.
    To develop channel activation proposal; Communication Strategy, KPI Achieving Plan and Program Mechanism Ideas.
    To manage the manpower team, merchandise production and operational quality implementation.
    To manage the project preparation process; team recruitment / selection, training, quality control, and close coordination.
    To monitor and control the implementation quality as planned.
    To monitor the KPI achievement and issues/ challenges from the data collecting.
    To analyze issues / challenges in each area in order to propose new ideas for overcoming the challenges and achieve the KPI.
    To manage well structured project reporting, analyze Data Collection and interpret the data into findings analysis and next step strategy recommendations to clients / brand owners.

Requirements:

    Has good leadership in managing, empowering, directing and monitoring team members.
    Excellent written and spoken English
    Very well organized, diligent with excellent time management skills
    Someone who is reliable & trustworthy
    The ability to manage nationwide network of team/ people for an excellent outcome
    The ability to manage client expectations and relationships
    You should have no issue with the full Microsoft Office Suite
    The ability to approach problems creatively “out of the box thinking”
    Loves data and numbers in order to interpret market findings and to monitor KPI achievement process.

Experience:

    Minimum 3-4 years experience in a marketing activation and/or trade marketing projects.
    Strong demonstration of client engagement
    Strong demonstration of supplier engagement
