PROJECT EXECUTIVE

Job Description :

    To manage project implementation of any activation projects and one-day-events.
    To manage fulfillment of human resources quota with expected qualities for each project.
    To manage production process of booths, printing, and gimmicks.
    To manage human resources recruitment and training for all projects.
    To manage project preparation with well prepared manner.
    To manage close communication and coordination with client service team, management, freelancers and suppliers.

Requirements:

    Has high interest in brand activation and/or event organizing project discipline.
    Very well organized, diligent with excellent time management skills
    Someone who is reliable  & trustworthy
    Very detail individual in checking lists or things-to-do
    Has experiences in managing successful projects
    Fresh Graduate is welcomed to apply.
