Roles and Responsibilities:

    Female age 30-35 years
    Require Burmese candidate only
    Have at least 3 years work experience in Trade Marketing or Marketing or Sales in Consumer Products
    Possess a degree in Business or Marketing or Related fields
    Good interpersonal and communication skills
    Proficient in Microsoft Excel and able to work with data & PC-based information system
    Good command both written and spoken English
    Able to handle complexity, self-driven and can work under deadline

Qualifications:

    Manage the day to day operation of the category, liaising with relevant departments to ensure smooth execution of the category activities
    Understand Trend at Local Markets and design BTL activities accordingly
    Execute Marketing policies at Local Markets so uniformity at same Events/Brand Promotion is maintained
    Market Share analysis/Data analysis/Promotion Evaluation for Marketing activities executed in the market
    Co-Ordinate with Sales Team for feedback for marketing activities held at the Market
    Able to lead a small team (3-4 members) to work well under deadline
