Marketing Coordinate & Activation Executive (USD1200– USD1500)

Roles and Responsibilities:
Key Accountability: Manage Marketing Plan to achieve business & marketing result
Understand BDF business & processes and able to give sound recommendation based on local consumer insights to optimize the plan-starting from market research, concept & communication development.
Proactively initiate, develop & execute plans based on marketing strategies to achieve business & marketing objectives.
Manage & Monitor marketing communication both ATL & BTL & update to all stakeholders on regular basis
Manage A&P budget at DKSH
Manage & Monitor A&P budget as well as other processes & documents involved in order meeting the business objectives.
Work with relevant departments to drive BDF business
Works closely with sales, Supply Chain, Production Center and other related dept. on sales planning, and launch/ re-launch BTL activities.
Qualifications:
Education & Experience
MBA or Master's Degree in related field
Experiences in marketing & brand/product management are preferred.
Experience in FMCG Company, skincare business is highly preferred.
Presentation skill
Good presentation skill
Excellent English & concise Burmese skill
Excellent in both writing and speaking as well as presentation in English
Be able to give a recommendation on correct & concise Burmese translation to stakeholders
Computer Microsoft office skill
Proficient in Word, Excel , and PowerPoint is a must
Familiar with View database
Experiences in sales audit report tools is an advantage
