KNCV Tuberculosis
Foundation (KNCV) is a leading non-governmental organization working in Global
Tuberculosis (TB) Control. KNCV Tuberculosis Foundation has a strong reputation
in national and international TB control. As a non-profit organization KNCV is
active in over 40 countries in Europe, Africa, Latin America and Asia. The central office is located in The Hague,
The Netherlands. KNCV Indonesia consists
of a dynamic team of 95 staff members working in 10 provinces, all to help
combat tuberculosis in Indonesia’.
TB CARE I
A coalition of 7 partner organisations carries
out the USAID funded TB CARE I project. The objective is to “Decrease morbidity
and mortality by increasing case detection and treatment success of pulmonary
TB patients in USAID priority countries”. KNCV Tuberculosis Foundation is
the Prime Partner of TB CARE I.
Currently KNCV is looking for a:
MANAGER
HUMAN RESOURCES
Duty station: Jakarta, Indonesia
In this position
you will play an important role in development and strengthening of Human
Resources within KNCV and build excellence in people within every department.
Further you will facilitate KNCV staff in fulfilling their roles and functions
in support of the national TB Control Program
Responsibilities:
The manager human resources works together with the human resources
officer on all HR services, policies and practices. He/she will translate
organizational strategies into HR policy and plans.
Job Qualifications:
•
Post Graduate qualification and/or Professional
qualification in HRD, Psychology, Leadership or Organizational Development (or
Behavior)
•
Minimum of 8 years human resources experience, 3
years in managerial function
•
Experience in Human Resources (HR Procedure
& Processes, Performance Management, Compensation and Benefits,
Recruitment, and Counseling)
•
Preferably working experience in non-profit
organizations
•
Knowledge and experience in Job evaluation
methodologies (preferably Hay System)

•
Good communication skills
•
Proven leadership and inter-personal skills
•
Analytical skills
•
Understanding human nature and behavior
•
Experience in Strategic HR planning and problem solving
•
Results-focused - understands what is
important to staff and organization.
•
Computer literate
•
Good knowledge of spoken and written English
