potential is fulfilled” is seeking qualified offers for DEVELOPMENT OF THE
“BACKGROUND PAPER ON ADOLESCENTS AND YOUNG PEOPLE” FOR THE NATIONAL MEDIUM-TERM
DEVELOPMENT FRAMEWORK 2015-2019 (RPJMN).
